The secretary of every club in the region is invited to attend this meeting. If they are unavailable, they should send a substitute if possible. Plans for the forthcoming season will be discussed and the annual packs from the CBAI, including membership cards, will be distributed at this meeting. Tea/Coffee and Sandwiches will be available.
